RevoDx DNA qPCR Dye Master Mix Kit

RevoDx DNA qPCR Dye Master Mix Kit is a next generation formulation designed for DNA detection and quantitation. During DNA replication in the PCR process, the fluorescent dsDNA binding dye intercalates nonspecifically into dsDNA. When the fluorescent dye binds to double-stranded DNA, the intensity of the fluorescence increases. The dye generates a fluorescent signal that is proportional to the DNA concentration.

RevoDx OneStep qPCR Dye Master Mix Kit is a next generation formulation designed for RNA detection and quantitation.
